Synchronized Swimming
is a water sport in which contestants perform choreographed maneuvers set to music. Synchronized swimming requires
agility, grace, timing, musical interpretation, and overall body strength.

Fun Facts
Some professional swimmers can go up to 70 meters without coming up for air.
You are not allowed to wear goggles, but you wear noseplugs.

Swimmers can hear the music from an underwater speaker.
You are not allowed to touch the bottom of the pool.
During a show, swimmers constantly have to smile, making synchronized swimming easy and painless.
